Really good, fresh, handmade udon and a good assortment of side dishes!

I was finally able to eat the first green onion salt pork shabu bukkake udon. I'm posting a picture after shaking. The udon noodles are still firm and smooth, but even though I like lemons, the presence of lemons is a bit too much, which is a shame. The original chilled udon soup is hidden and it feels like vinegar udon. It may be better not to shake. I ate it once, so I guess I'll have the usual demon grated pork shabu-bukkake udon in the future. It is definitely recommended ➰✨

I went to Marugame Seimen Tochi branch! You can only enter here from the up side of the Tokai Dori parking lot 😅 The parking lot is large! When you enter the store, you line up, order udon, choose tempura or rice balls, and then pay! This time I chose Toro Tama Udon! I made the special cold udon! Tempura: 2 shrimp, 1 squid For onigiri, choose mentaiko and salmon! The chewy and springy udon noodles will whet your appetite! However, the downside is that it's a little hard to chew. However, the udon and tempura are delicious, so I gave this rating! Everyone please come!
