It's simmering... it looks hot after all. There are three rice cakes. The noodles are delicious with a firm texture, which is a characteristic of miso stewed udon. Mochi with the taste of miso and soup stock. It must be delicious. The soup is also finished until the end. It was after walking outside in the heat, so I was able to replenish my salt intake. Next time you visit, try the clam dishes you find in the menu after ordering.

As expected, it was very delicious with draft beer. But I'm curious about dumplings. So, I picked Kawaichi gyoza as an accompaniment to the highball. good.
