Obu, Aichi, Japan｜Marugame Seimen Obu

It was quite a while ago, but I was impressed. . Came here with my 2 year old child. This was my first time using takeout, and the staff was very helpful in helping me put away the fried food I took out and helping me carry it. I used it on another day, and she talked to my child who was throwing a tantrum because she was hungry, and gave her candy in front of the cash register to distract her. It's a female clerk...! The store clerks are always kind and I love them.

The closest one is Marugame Seimen. It's quite crowded both during the day and at night. I love Marugame Seimen so I go there often. Well, I've been to many different places. I love kamaage, so I eat it the most. This time, I had red pickled ginger udon with egg sauce.

I went there around 3:00 pm, which was after lunch time and it was still open, but unfortunately I was told that they could not serve udon that day due to equipment failure. When I entered the store, a store employee who had been watching from inside the store came out and gave me an explanation. As an apology, I was given a coupon for a free bowl of udon that I could use on my next visit. Since it's a major chain store, they have a well-defined manual for how to deal with problems (customers), so I thought they had a 100-point approach to dealing with problems (customers) by ensuring that customers who came to the store left the store peacefully (?) without making them feel uncomfortable. Even during normal business hours, after lunch time, the staff seems to shift to a small number of staff, mostly from overseas, but when the store opens, the staff is full staff, and the staff, mainly mothers, are active and vocal. I have a good impression of the atmosphere.
