I came from Saitama to Nagoya, where my best friend lives, and stopped by. My best friend comes here every week. That being said, there is no such udon restaurant in Saitama that I want to visit once a week, so I ordered the classic miso stewed set meal (chicken, egg) + rice. Udon is hard and chewy and has the best feeling. It's not as bad as it looks. Rice goes well with chicken and eggs. I also wanted to eat inari sushi, but I drank up all the dashi soup, so I'll carry it over to the next time... If I want to eat that flavor again, I'll let you go from Saitama again! What if you want to eat miso stew? Recommended if you are at a loss as to which store to choose.

It's been a long time since I found udon noodles that were so delicious that I was amazed. I often go to Kagawa to eat udon, and the udon here has a unique texture. It's not as chewy as Sanuki, but it's not as soft either. The exquisite texture and texture, and the way it goes down your throat will capture your heart. You can choose from three types of soup stock, including hiyakake, and whatever you eat is delicious. Wow, I was impressed. I'll come back later.

On my first visit, I chose the Inari set meal ``Hiyakake'', which is only available on weekday lunches. The udon noodles, which are well-cooked with cold water, are chewy and go down easily, and go perfectly with the strong soup stock. “Hiyakake” is recommended on hot days! Not only is the deep-fried Inari delicious, but the filling of the rice is so fluffy that I couldn't help but add two more. The tempura includes three types of green pepper, eggplant, and vegetable kakiage, all served with a sweet sauce. The texture of the crispy batter is perfect, and it's a perfect combination 😁
