Anyone that want to taste the Nagoya's ramen this is the place you must visit. This kind of ramen is udon noodles in delicious thick red broth! I have order it with tempura shrimps and was very crunchy. Also when you bring you the bowl of ramen is still boiling. Great quality and great service.

This is my first visit. Enjoy some chicken wings while enjoying a bottle of beer. After that, I had miso stewed udon. This is so delicious! The lumpy texture of the noodles and the rich soup really hit the spot. I never thought I could eat my favorite udon at Sakae in Nagoya. Sorry the photo isn't quite right! It was so delicious!
