Visited for the first time on Sunday for lunch with my family of four. The garden in front of the entrance was well maintained, and I entered the store with high expectations. The store is spacious, as is the parking lot, and has a nice atmosphere. We ordered udon set meal, soba set meal, miso stew, and small soba noodles. I think it was before it got crowded, but it was served quickly. Authentic soba will be a little soft if you add it to the noodles, but if you use a colander or colander, the texture will be enjoyable and delicious. The udon noodles are not too hard and the flavor of the soup stock is strong, which I love. The miso stew made with Hatcho miso was not too hard like the Nagoya style, so even the kids said it was delicious. It was also wonderful to see the proprietress serving customers in a kimono. This is a highly recommended restaurant that is popular and has many elements that will be loved for a long time. Next time, I would like to try the curry udon that another customer ordered.

Miso nikomi udon is a perfect combination of red miso and dashi, very delicious and everything is perfect. Of course, the toilet is also clean. You can feel the seriousness of all the staff in trying to satisfy the customers with the dishes to their heart's content! It is one of the few restaurants where professionals gather, so you can understand why it is so popular. I will go eat again.
