The authentic Misonikomi-udon. The atmosphere, food, and customer service were great. Worth to go!

Super delicious NAGOYA local MISO-NIKOMI noodles. Their “no smoking” policy is a big plus and made this place a favorite one for me and my wife. The wheat “UDON” noodles are cooked al dente that makes this meal NAGOYA special along with the use of the local “AKA( red)” miso soup. They ask you to put “NAMA TAMAGO(raw egg)” on top, and you can go ahead and say “YES” as it is fresh enough and no worry about the Salmonella Poisoning. Highly recommend.
