This is a udon restaurant where you can eat kishimen. The shrimp kuzushi is famous, but the miso stew udon with red miso is also popular. Today I had a set meal of miso stewed udon and egg. The hard noodles and rich miso whet your appetite 🤩 I came to the store on Sunday evening. I ordered the white kishimen that I had wanted to try for a while😋 The color of the soup stock is golden It has a strong salty taste. The soup was easy to drink without any harsh taste, and the danzi noodles were chewy and delicious. Next time I want to eat at Koro. I'm also curious about Nyumen 😅

A long time ago, there was an udon restaurant called Shinojimaya in front of Toyohashi Station, and I really liked the egg toji udon and ankake udon there. On Google Maps, I found a shop called Shinojimaya, and when I saw the picture of the egg and udon, it was just that nostalgic egg and udon! I went there immediately. When I asked the store clerk, I found out that Shinojimaya had moved. There was egg and udon on the menu table, but there was no ankake udon, so when I asked, it was on the back menu. I was able to order ankake udon. Enjoyed the reproduction menu. Next time I go, I think I'll order the Ebi Kuzushi. Postscript Cold udon with shrimp scraps was the best. Postscript: Visited on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, around 7:00 pm. Today was the third Tuesday, but we were temporarily closed. I wanted to try this restaurant's cold udon noodles with shrimp crumbs again this year. I like to eat when it's hot. If you haven't tried it yet, I definitely recommend it.

First visit today. The store that used to be near Toyohashi Station had closed, so I came to the store with both anxiety and anticipation. I ordered kake tenju, which I had eaten often. The taste is still delicious, with the strong soy sauce soup spreading in your mouth. The large shrimp are juicy and delicious. The staff are also friendly and make you feel comfortable. Please note that it is crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. Next time I would like to try the famous shrimp kuzushi. Thank you for the meal. I will come again 😋
