While on a business trip, I visited this place after being told about it by a friend from college who lives in Nagoya. I like kishimen, so I wanted to try something called grilled kishimen, so I ordered it. It wasn't as good as regular kishimen, but it was a very delicious dish that allowed you to enjoy the unique texture of kishimen. The staff at the restaurant were very nice, and I had a fun meal with friends I hadn't seen in a while.

I came here because I was drawn to the visuals of ``yakikishimen'' on teppanyaki. There are many types of grilled kishimen, including miso, mayo, Italian, and Indian. There's a menu on the desk so it's easy to understand. I was surprised to find both regular kishimen and ``thick kishimen'', which I had never heard of before. I thought it would be wide, but it was thick and tight. The menu was full of other unique items. When I asked for ``mushroom grilled miso thick kishimen,'' Nico was surprised to find that there were tons of shiitake mushrooms on top! The curry stew kishimen also had a good dashi and tasted to my liking. The staff at the store were also nice and fun. They even lent me their own aprons, which I thought was a warm shop. Currently (October 2023) it seems that it opens at 18:00.

Aichi Prefecture is famous for both “miso” and “kishimen”, but the “grilled miso thick kishimen” at this shop is a unique and exquisite menu in Aichi! I've been wondering about it for a long time, and this is my first visit! It seems that it was originally a one-shot reversal dish to break down the poor performance. It seems that the stubborn predecessor said, "Don't do yaki udon!" I didn't expect it to become such a popular menu item. For that reason, the customer service is warm and comfortable, probably because the hard times have been long (^^) Even so, the visuals look delicious! Furthermore, the aroma of miso grilled on the iron plate is so good that it's too good to eat! I haven't eaten it yet, but I can't stop being excited (^^) As soon as it is served, sprinkle plenty of shichimi pepper and mix it with raw egg. I ate it with the expected value MAX before eating it, but the transcendent deliciousness that easily surpasses that hurdle! We will not disappoint! The soft and chewy kishimen noodles are entwined with rich miso, making for a truly addictive dish! After all, Aichi Prefecture is an iron plate, isn't it? The wasabi inari that I ordered together goes well with the miso kishimen. Wasabi works well and is delicious! This may spread as a new category in Nagoya. It was a super rare gem with such a high degree of perfection.
