I've been to Donkyu many times before, and I thought it was an average udon restaurant with average value and taste, so I didn't think there was anything to write a review about. However, I wanted to eat curry udon for some reason, so I tried the cutlet curry udon and it was a hit. Katsu curry udon with topping of sakura shrimp kakiage is delicious. Even without the sakura shrimp kakiage, the cutlet is usually crispy and delicious. The quality of the cutlet was also higher than expected. The curry is also melty and mixes well with the noodles. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations at all and regret not taking a photo. When I'm at a loss and can't decide on a menu, I always choose curry udon.

I got a fried horse mackerel set. The fries were freshly fried and the udon was cold, but not only the noodles and soup, but also the bowl was cold and delicious! The staff are also kind. At the time of meeting, there was a notice about some menu changes and price increases due to the increase in consumption tax and other costs from October on the bulletin board... The fried horse mackerel set is 700 yen, which is about 10% higher than before, but I think it's still a great value! I asked for a normal serving of rice (free large serving), but it was a heap. I wonder how much it will come if it's a large serving...
