I love Marugame Seimen's kamaage udon and have been to about 5 different stores, but the one I ate at today was the most delicious! Chewy elasticity and wheat aroma...it was the best. The partition plates are still in place and have been wiped clean, so you can rest assured. The dashi server has been out of order, but you can get it if you ask the staff.
