More Comments at Google MapA mysterious old folk house in a place like this. And the mysterious name of the store is Brahmanta. When I timidly entered... This is a restaurant where you can eat Goto udon, which is rare in this area. It's hard to see when you order, but there's a ticket machine on the right so you can buy a ticket. All seats will be tatami-style seats. Also, if you have a dog and go with your dog, you will be guided to a building with a dog run attached. Brahman is apparently the name of the kite that is flown in the Goto Islands. By the way, I ordered something called Jigokudaki. The style is to add condiments and a raw egg to the chin soup stock and eat it with that, which is also delicious. Please give it a try.
I stopped by for the first time on my way back from Ami Outlet. The clear soup and chewy thin noodles are very delicious, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. I wanted to stop by again. Apparently they only bake pizza in the pizza oven on Sundays.
Relax and relax in an old folk house. Goto udon was delicious.
