Also, I ate "Atsuatsu Teppanyaki Tonkatsu" with Haccho miso sauce with loin cutlet shrimp fried. The miso sauce is similar to a sweet sauce like Gunma's specialty 'yakimanju'. The clerk will pour the miso sauce on you, but the sauce will splatter, so protect yourself with the large paper napkins they bring with you! Because it was teppanyaki, I enjoyed it hot until the last piece.
