Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜Katsuya

I have been to a lot of Katsuya all around Japan and so far this shop has the best customer service of them all.

The service and the atmosphere was really good.

I stopped by on my way home from a day trip. It was quite crowded at dinner time. The staff members, Mr. S and Mr. K, were very responsive, and we were shown to the counter seats without having to wait too long. It was delivered faster than I expected after ordering. I had the standard loin cutlet set meal. It was fried crispy and very delicious. We had a great time eating and having a good time, with Mr. S calling out to us from time to time. I've been to many Katsuya restaurants, but this is the first time I've been to one where I feel so good.
