It cooks well and just the right amount of heat, and when you bite into it, it pops sweetly and juicy in your mouth, and it's delicious. Natural salt and wasabi were added for seasoning, but the wasabi complements the fried pork even more deliciously. This is also delicious. I especially liked how the rice was served. The small amount of white rice is really fluffy, and when scooped with chopsticks, it loosens just right. It had a light and fluffy texture and was delicious. Hot tea was also prepared, and I had a delicious and calm time until the end. I felt like it was in an inconspicuous place, not a roadside store, but it's really a great store.
