I visited the store through an introduction from a friend. The parking lot is large, and even if the front is full, you can park three cars in the back. I ordered a set meal. Free refills of salad, rice, and miso soup. The special dressing was also delicious. When I tried to take a photo of the salad and each set meal, I couldn't take a photo of the set meal because the set meal that appeared in front of me looked so delicious that I couldn't help but start eating it. So, I took a picture of the menu and posted it instead (lol) After the meal, rooibos tea was served to refresh my mouth. It was so delicious that I would like to visit again.

It is located along the Shinkansen elevated train a little away from National Route 2. The tonkatsu was made with high-quality pork from Kagoshima, making it soft and flavorful, and it was very delicious. We are particular about the sauce, and the grated daikon radish, egg yolk, and ponzu sauce are refreshing, mellow, and appetizing. It was my first time to try ochazuke served with dashi stock, but adding wasabi makes it even more refreshing to the last slice. This is my favorite! After the meal, I received a cup of black oolong tea, which came in a cute demi-cup, and I was able to finish my lunch gracefully. The inside of the store is clean and stylish with wood, Japanese clothing, and pig-shaped objects. All the staff members were polite and greeted customers well. Since it was my first time there, there were 3 parking spaces in the back, but it seems like up to 6 cars can be parked in the front. I feel like I've found a great restaurant, with a relaxed and hospitable atmosphere from the outside.

The first thing that surprises me is the clean interior and the attention to detail in the store, such as the cute little accessories with pigs placed everywhere. People tend to think of tonkatsu restaurants as being run-of-the-mill establishments, but this one has a nostalgic, nostalgic atmosphere that feels like a stylish restaurant, and it's really fun just looking around the inside of the store. The restroom was spacious and very clean, but there were some peeling spots on the walls that bothered me a bit. The most important dish is the largest and most filling fried scallops I've ever seen, fried to the perfect temperature, and it's exquisite. The cabbage is fluffy and very light, and the special dressing is sweet and sour, so you can eat as much as you want. Also, the small amount of mizuna and onions mixed in gives a sense of quality that sets it apart from stores that cater to the masses. The main pork cutlet is crispy, soft and juicy, with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat. Personally, I think it tastes best when eaten with salt rather than sauce, whether dry or sweet. The shop's recommended ochazuke was an innovative idea that I found appealing, but even more so was the yuzu-infused soup that was incredibly delicious. Even if you only drink this, you will be healed and feel even more satisfied. It was a great restaurant where you could enjoy so much for around 1500 yen to 2000 yen, and the menu was so rich that I would recommend it to a wide range of people, and it would be fun to think about what to order next time. Thank you for the meal.
