A roadside store along Egawacho Street, the location is perfect. The tonkatsu flag posted in front of the store doesn't give a good impression, but when I entered the store, it was almost full, and I thought it was a clean and easy-to-enter store. I ordered a set of Kome no Musume special loin cutlet, plus homemade lemonade sour. The fried loin cutlet is as pink as I've heard, and has a fatty rib roast flavor that goes well with the salt and wasabi soy sauce. The hardness of the rice is also perfect. While the store owner and two young female employees are struggling, I'm concerned about how unreliable the young male employee seems.

I think they use good parts of pork. The taste of the meat is different. Both the loin and fillet are quite delicious. Repeat is confirmed.
