I've never been a huge fan of tokatsu because every time i try it, I'm usually disappointed by the hardness of the pork. This place is not dissapoint. The tonkotsu was fried perfectly and extremely soft and tender. It felt more like biting into a perfectly grilled piece of wagyu vs. fried pork. This place really changed my feelings about tokatsu. The service here is incredible. I ordered the 150-gram meal. Everything was extremely tasty and fresh. Rice, salad and miso are all you can eat. I highly recommend this great tonkatsu restaurant.

I was surprised that even the pork soup was free. The store and parking lot are spacious and clean, and the restrooms have even the smallest details such as toothpicks. The toilets are clean with the latest tankless toilets, the paper used to wipe your hands is not flimsy, and there is foam hand soap from Biore in a stylish container.It may be just a small detail, but it leaves a particularly positive impression on women. I thought it was going to be a shop (^^) I think it's a wonderful shop where the staff are very attentive, like replenishing tea and cabbage, and are well-educated. They serve both hot green tea and cold barley tea, which is very helpful. It's been a long time since I've been impressed, and I realized that even though it's not a high-end inn, I have never experienced such attentive customer service and hospitality.

I thought the 120g tonkatsu set meal would be a little small, but you can get free refills of rice, cabbage, miso soup, and pickles. I was satisfied. Not only was the store newly relocated, it was beautiful and clean, but the staff who served us were so polite and attentive that it was hard to believe they were new, and the store had a high level of hospitality. Will definitely visit again. 2022.12.28 revisited The jumbo loin cutlet set meal was voluminous, tender, and the meat was sweet and delicious. I wanted the beef cutlet set meal to be medium-rare, but I was asked to grill it well, and I enjoyed it with four types of sauce: wasabi, rock salt, soy sauce, and beef cutlet sauce, and it was tender and delicious.
