I have had many different katsudon(pork cutlet rice bowl) in my life, but this restaurant's katsudon is a special katsudon that is not like any other.✨✨ There are only three items on the menu: katsudon, tonkatsu set menus, and takeaway katsu sandwiches. The difference in the price of katsudon seems to be due to the size of the meat.🐖 The characteristic of the pork cutlet here is its thickness. The meat for the katsudon is 2 to 3 cm thick, while the meat for the pork cutlet set meal is about 4 cm thick. Despite its thickness, the meat is so tender that you can easily bite through it, and it is cooked just right. The fluffy egg underneath the meat and the sweet and salty sauce are a perfect match, and I couldn't stop eating it.🍽 I was so shocked by the taste that I ate it all in one mind, so next time I would like to try it more slowly and savor it.
