It is located right next to Takamaru Interchange. The parking lot is large and easy to enter. There are more than 10 staff members so customers don't feel stressed. Katsudon looks like it has a lot of batter on it, but it's actually quite light. The cutlet is soft, so even people with bad teeth can eat it without any problem. The pork soup is also delicious with lots of ingredients. The fresh incense on the table is also delicious. The curry is Kanazawa curry-style with cabbage, but it's not that good. It is better to be protected by another plate. The roux tastes ordinary and is small in quantity. There's no Fukujinzuke either. The fried shrimp fillet minced meat cutlet curry is persistent. The minced meat cutlet is huge and you'll be full just by eating it. This restaurant is good for eating katsudon. I also had a good impression of the store manager's OJT for new employees. We also have a wide selection of takeout menus. This is a restaurant that I can recommend because it makes me want to switch from other katsudon restaurants.

My favorite katsuya restaurant has opened within walking distance from my house. The store is sophisticated and feels like a store in a residential area, so there are few counter seats and many table seats. I ordered the usual loin cutlet set meal with large pork soup.

This is a newly built and beautiful Katsuya (as of June 2023). I've always liked Katsuya. There are no demerit points, so it's 5 stars. Not only is the food delicious and the price is great, but I also like the staff, who serve customers with warm smiles and kindness. (Currently, the location on the map appears to be the same building as 7-Eleven, but it is actually built on the former Coco's site. The entrance to the parking lot is the same as 7-Eleven.)
