Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜KATSUKURA

Tonkatsu chain from Kyoto but we had it at Kobe. It’s on 7 floor of Mint Kobe building. The set comes with Barley rice, miso soup and vegetables. I order tenderloin pork set which is quote good. Big prawn tempura is also really nice. Miso soup is amazingly good as well

Katsukura is a favored tonkatsu place. Surprisingly they also made one of the best highballs that I've tried.

They offer a vegetarian option with soy meat that is super delicious. Just make sure to but salt on it instead of the sauce! The rice and miso soup are also great and you can get free refills! The yuzu dressing for the cabbage is so fresh and also the tea has a speical smokey taste to it. Very good experience!!
