There is no miscellaneous taste peculiar to cabbage that has passed over time. The 2 types of dressing (citrus, apple, and onion) bring out the deliciousness of the cabbage without overpowering the pork cutlet. The dressing is made by Somi Shokuhin, which is famous for slightly high-end seasonings such as Weipa and Somi Tsuyu. It's delicious as expected.
