When I was on a business trip, I searched for "tonkatsu" on Google Maps and came to the store for lunch. Since it was lunch time, I ordered the loin cutlet set meal from the lunch menu. Arrived shortly after. The friedness was just right. The sauce was delicious, but when I ate it with the rock salt that was left out, the flavor of the meat came through directly and it was really delicious. What was even more surprising was that the dressing on the cabbage was cold. As you can see in the photo, they are just laid out on the table, but the bottles were kept perfectly cold, as if they were changing them every time the customers changed. I received a refill of cabbage, but even when the staff were talking to each other, they were all looking at me, and they immediately noticed my signal. It was my first time visiting the store, but it was a store I would want to visit again when I go to Takarazuka.

I stayed at the Washington Hotel and had pork cutlet dinner, the same as my business trip five years ago. If you don't know what to eat on a business trip, follow the tonkatsu rule this time as well. Tonight, the upper loin cutlet set meal, additional large fried shrimp, raw small and sweet potato shochu with water. As other reviews say, cabbage is shredded and delicious. I was full after refilling clam soup twice. Thank you for coming again after 5 years. It was a feast. Thank you to the cute lady who served you.
