Special loin cutlet set meal I received~. The pork cutlet is thick and voluminous. It's fried well and makes a sakku sound 🎶 Although the meat was thick, it was soft and easy to chew, with little fat and a rich flavor. The pork soup and pickles are both light and delicious. I can't stop eating the cabbage because of the sweetness of the meat and the light crunch of the cabbage, but I think I'd like some dressing. This is my personal opinion... The atmosphere of the shop felt Japanese and the customer service of the staff was very good. It was very delicious.

good! This is high quality meat. The first bite is amazing! Every time you bite into it, it's juicy and bursts with flavor. It was an elegant pork cutlet. Even the oil on the meat was delicious. If I had to ask for just one thing (＞＜), I would like some dressing on the cabbage lol (However, eating cabbage without dressing will refresh your palate.) A little luxury for lunch is ready♪ The miso soup (pork soup) that comes with the set is so delicious!

I love katsudon and have been interested in this shop for a long time. I like the sweet donburi soup and it's just donpisha. The egg was also unique and combined with soup and pickles, it was a highly satisfying cutlet.
