The pork cutlet was crispy, fluffy and very delicious. The oily part at the edge was also sweet and had a melt-in-your-mouth taste.

I came here for the first time because I wanted to eat fried food for the first time in a while. I'm at an age where it's become difficult to eat oily foods these days, but since I was able to choose from a minimum of 100g of cutlet, I was able to get my fill without feeling overwhelmed. With this, you get coffee after the meal and change for 1000 yen, so it's really worth it. Also, if you are in the mood for fried food, we will disturb you. thank you for the food.

The pork cutlet served here is nothing to complain about, and I currently think it's the best in western Hiroshima prefecture, excluding some high-end restaurants (because it's natural that it's expensive and delicious). I think it would be nice if there was not only tonkatsu sauce but also salt (rock salt level) when eating. (I have no choice but to bring it with me.) However, I like this restaurant enough that I visit it quite often, but because I like it, I would like to make a complaint. The chopsticks here are not disposable chopsticks, but the type that can be washed and used, but at the edge of the large table where I was eating, the old lady working at the restaurant was working (helping?) to put the chopsticks into a chopstick bag. However, in order to arrange the chopsticks when putting the food in the bag, I had to place the tips of the chopsticks (of course the ones I would be eating with) directly against the table. And from what I could see, it was with bare hands that hadn't even been washed... It would be impossible if they were still serving this to customers. If someone is helping you for some reason and you don't have those chopsticks out, it doesn't make you feel good as a customer. Please correct this.
