Miyoshi, Hiroshima, Japan｜くずし割烹 さくら縁

The shop is a few minutes walk from Miyoshi Station. They have a large selection of Japanese sake and all the dishes are delicious. There weren't many staff, so the store clerk was in a hurry, but everyone was friendly and helpful.

You can enjoy wonderful Japanese cuisine that is carefully prepared, looks delicious, tastes delicious, and has a delicious seasonal feel at a surprisingly affordable price. You can have a la carte for each item, or the kaiseki course menu that changes every month is wonderful. In general, these are Western-style dishes that make the best use of the flavor of the ingredients while making the dashi stand out in key areas. We have a wide selection of sake from local Miyoshi and all over Hiroshima Prefecture, as well as some great sake from other prefectures as well. It also goes extremely well with food. In Minazuki 2019, the owner's original sake called ``Hakotsu Reizake'' is also very good. It is made by drying and grilling the ara of conger eel to give it a fragrant aroma, then marinating and aging it. The light scent of conger eel and the aroma of grilled conger eel, all mellow and intertwined as they rest, create a unique summer flavor. Although it is by far the best Japanese kappo restaurant in Miyoshi, it is also nice to be able to enjoy casual dining here. The restaurant is still run by a young owner and landlady, and I'm looking forward to the future. I definitely want to visit when I visit Miyoshi. Overall, I feel this is the best restaurant in Miyoshi.

For the first time, I went at night. I had the course, and even though I don't drink alcohol, the food didn't taste like alcohol. It was delicious. It would have been nice if there was a little more quantity.
