A tonkatsu restaurant located in the food court inside the Morella Gifu shopping mall in Motosu City, Gifu Prefecture. I came to Ibigawa town for work and wanted to eat pork cutlet, so at first I was planning to eat in the neighboring Ono town, but I couldn't help but stop by. The food court is on the second floor of the building. There is a shop in the place where you can see first when you enter the entrance. The menu is quite narrow, with a lineup of fillet, loin, fried shrimp, and curry. I ordered a loin and set meal 150g with a quick decision, 1045 yen including tax. Handed a device that makes a sound, secure a seat and wait for a while. The serving table is self-service, and the first tray is set with tonkatsu and pickles. At the next corner, I received miso soup and rice. If you ask for the amount of rice, you can increase or decrease it. You can also get dressing there. You can choose between regular sauce and miso sauce. Miso sauce for me. What was different from ordinary tonkatsu restaurants was the quality of the meat. We use meat that is not thick and has sweet fat. Furthermore, I don't think it's seasoned like other stores, and it's not salted and peppered. It's quite a lot. I'm pretty full. The miso sauce was also smooth, but it was delicious. I think it's a pretty good shop. When I looked it up on the internet, it is a chain store, but it is the local Gifu Prefecture headquarters.
