I visited for lunch on a weekday and had the large pork cutlet set meal (miso). The pork cutlet turned out to be twice as big as I had expected. Of course the taste is delicious...the meat is tender. The miso sauce is also sweet and goes perfectly with the mustard. The miso soup also has a good flavor due to the strong dashi stock, and the pickles are light and taste perfect as a snack. Regarding the atmosphere of the store Immediately after entering the store, does it seem like it's a tough store at first glance? The atmosphere was such that I thought After the meal, when I told them how delicious the food was, both the owner and the landlady smiled and said, "Thank you very much." I felt that it was a wonderful shop. Thank you for the meal.

I had a miso cutlet set meal for 1450 yen. It was a roast ton cutlet that I was very satisfied with the careful processing and thickness of the meat. Cabbage was also delicious, but I want a little more quantity. It was a delicious pork cutlet that I would like people who prefer fillet to loin to try the loin here. However, the rice and miso soup were a little disappointing, even though they offered such good quality tonkatsu. I was worried that the rice was too soft and the flavor of the miso soup was boiled and blown away. The restaurant has only counters and an open kitchen, so you can see the careful work of the owner. The parking lot is narrow and the road is difficult to understand. It's within walking distance from JR and Meitetsu Gifu, so it might not be for people coming by car...

There is a parking lot for about 3 cars just south of the road on the west side along the railroad tracks. The shop is just east of the Meitetsu tracks, but the entrance is on the north side. The general and the proprietress were doing it. I had the loin miso cutlet separately. The meat is thick and juicy, fried just the right amount and covered with a sweet miso sauce. It was very delicious.
