This time I ordered the fillet cutlet set meal with miso sauce, but the cutlet was served cut and there was a lot of sauce. The rice is cooked a little hard, and the miso soup goes well with it. All cutlets come with a choice of miso sauce, grated ponzu sauce, or ketchup sauce, but personally, the miso sauce is the best. The cabbage mixed with the miso sauce is so delicious that you'll end up asking for a second helping. By the way, the extra cabbage comes out in an amount larger than the cabbage that is initially on the plate. The rice is cooked to perfection and you can't help but eat too much. If you are traveling with children, we provide children's tableware and chairs, as well as children's set meals. You can also order minced meat cutlet or fried shrimp separately, but this minced meat cutlet, priced at 150 yen, is also quite delicious. You can also order loin lunch and ladies lunch at night. A very popular tonkatsu restaurant in Mizuho City, Gifu Prefecture. I heard that it was run by a senior colleague of my business partner, so I visited on a weekday afternoon. The parking lot was hard to find, so I entered the store first. We informed the staff that there were two of us and waited. I entered the store after it was empty. A style where you take off your shoes. There are box seats and a relaxing atmosphere. Call the staff using the bell. There are many kinds, and I ordered my favorite chicken katsu set meal. 1100 yen, choose from 3 types of sauce to put on top. I made it with miso sauce. I was surprised at how quickly it was served, and the portions were quite large. There's also quite a bit of sauce. I couldn't find any dressing to put on the salad, but I ate it with miso sauce and tabletop mayonnaise. There are 3 pieces of chicken cutlet, and they cut them in half, so there are 6 pieces. It's ample amount and delicious. It comes with pickles and the rice is cooked hard. The miso soup was not red, it was regular miso. I'm full and very satisfied. I had the roast cutlet with miso sauce. Tender, juicy, delicious meat with sweet miso sauce. If you get bored, there are sauces on the table. Isn't this delicious pork cutlet one of the highest quality? I think the store has a nice atmosphere and the prices are cheap. Personally, as I've gotten older, my tolerance for oil has decreased, so next time I'd like to try something like fin or shrimp.
