High class pork cutlet restaurant We are particular about meat, It’s definitely delicious! ︎ The rice and miso soup were also delicious. I shared it with 3 people, Every piece of meat had its own individuality and quality. Personally, I like the meaty texture of Iwanaka pork. Both the pork and local chicken were soft and chewy. The minced meat cutlet was juicy and delicious, and I was told that I could eat the fried shrimp head first, but it was just average. That's the impression. Is there only one person making it? Also, because the food is cooked at a low temperature, the serving and rotation times are slow. I saw some customers on the way, but they refused to let me in even though there were empty seats, so I think it's best to make a reservation before going.

Tonkatsu shop in front of the station (there is parking space for about 2 cars) There is a counter and a table, and when I visited at 11 o'clock, most of the tables were reserved. The menu includes loin and fillet, and loin is divided into four prices depending on the type of pig. There was only one type of fin from Gifu Prefecture. This time, I chose the most expensive pork loin set meal (Miyagi). When you order, the rice is fried at a low temperature, which takes about 20 minutes, and the rice is cooked in a clay pot. The rice is freshly cooked, but you cannot refill it, but you can refill the cabbage and pork soup once. Loin meat and minced meat cutlet arrived after 20 minutes. The perfectly cooked cut will whet your appetite. First of all, I had the salt, and then the sauce (slightly sweet and not too strong). It's meat, but it's delicious. It wasn't too fatty, and it wasn't too refreshing, so I got it in no time. The minced meat cutlet was also delicious, not too hot but ripe enough for the juices to come out. I ordered additional fillet.Of course, it wasn't very fatty, but it was a well-balanced meat that was soft, chewy, and delicious without being dry. Also, the pork soup had a gentle ginger flavor. It's quite different from the other tonkatsu restaurants I've been to, but considering the price and time, I'd definitely go back and try all the different types.

Visited without reservation as soon as it opened on holidays. After a while, several customers with reservations came to the store. I ordered "Kinka pork loin and minced meat cutlet, crab cream croquette" The tonkatsu was served 20 minutes after ordering. When I ordered, the staff told me that it would take about 20 minutes to serve because it would be fried at a low temperature, so it was on time. A very beautiful cross section of meat. The texture is very soft and there are no extra streaks, so it's fun to chew the meat. Also, the high-quality fat overflows with every bite. It wasn't greasy or greasy at all, and I felt like I could eat as much as I wanted. Since the batter was thin, I felt that the meat was the main ingredient. I love that you can have it in three different flavors: salt, powdered soy sauce, and sauce, but eating it with salt was the most delicious. Sauce doesn't really go well with low-temperature-cooked tonkatsu. Menchikatsu has meat juices trapped inside, and the moment you bite into it, it overflows. I also like that the texture of the meat remains. The crab cream croquette was delicious, with a rich, rich cream sauce and plenty of flaked crab meat. It is good that you can order from 1 piece. I was also surprised that each person received their own pot-fired rice. Freshly cooked rice is glossy and each grain stands out. I tried it with just rice and it was surprisingly delicious. Of course, it goes great with tonkatsu. I sprinkled a little rock salt on it and tried it, but it was like a high-quality salt ball. It's more expensive than regular tonkatsu, but it's a completely different experience than the crunchy tonkatsu, so it's great when you want to eat something different than usual. Credit cards can be used. There is a parking lot in front of the store, but it is very difficult to park, so you may want to park at a nearby coin parking lot and come on foot.
