The thicker cutlet was bigger than I expected, covered in miso, and served with a large serving of cabbage. I did. I'm very satisfied. Last time I visited at 11:40 on a Saturday, there was already an hour wait, so I gave up and came back. This time we arrived at 11:15, before the store opened. Be the first to park your car in front of the store. After 5 minutes, the next person comes and starts lining up. The store opened about 3 minutes earlier than the scheduled time of 11:30. At that point, about 10 people entered the store at the same time. Within 5 minutes, the place was full. Ordered Loin B 1,500 yen from the menu. It was served within 7 minutes of ordering. The volume is as expected, and the miso is a slightly sweet and sticky type. It's not smooth. The meat was tender considering its size and was very tasty.
