I had the miso cutlet and omelet rice set. I think this is a great value set where you can eat both miso cutlet and omelet rice in one go. I'm also happy that it comes with miso soup. I ate the miso cutlet with dark miso mixed with cabbage. The omelette rice was also delicious.

I used it when I came to Yanagase for work in December 2022. Called the originator, this is! ? I asked for a miso cutlet, but the miso sauce was smooth and the cutlet that was served with a light taste that wasn't sticky was also eaten up. Fried rice and omelet rice seem to be popular, and it seems to be a shop where you can enjoy various flavors as well as miso cutlet. Also, the shop is very long! The store clerk seems to carry miso cutlets by walking crabs.

There is also Misokatsu Miwa in Yanagase, so I always have a hard time deciding which one to go to. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, I went to Sanwa where there was a table. Since the coronavirus situation has calmed down a bit, I went to Ichiraku's counter seat. I ordered miso cutlet rice for 850 yen. It has more volume than I expected. The miso sauce is lighter than it looks, and the meat is extremely tender. The texture is neither loin nor fillet, and there is almost no fat. Is it thigh meat? However, it is thick and soft. As a bonus, you can choose a large serving of rice, or a side dish, or miso soup. This is a good value for 850 yen. Ichiraku-san was the best in both taste and cost performance.
