We were taken to the counter, and the owner and the other person seemed very busy, and they repeatedly apologized for taking our time. Today I had a set meal of black pork fillet cutlet. It was very soft and delicious without being oily. Even though oil is used every day, the inside of the store is very clean, and I felt that the counters were not covered in oil and were carefully cleaned every day. The proprietress was also very humble and I thought it was a restaurant I would like to visit again.

It felt almost full. Food was served quickly despite the crowd. It seems that you can make a reservation, so if you want to eat without waiting, it seems better to make a reservation. The softness of the tonkatsu is somewhere between well-fried tonkatsu and high-quality tonkatsu. It was a juicy tonkatsu.
