“Kitashinchi Shabu-Shabu Kiraku” opened last year for only about a year and a half, but I was intrigued by its very high Tabelog score😄 This is a restaurant that uses carefully selected beef and the chef's proven skills to create exquisite dishes that look gorgeous and can be enjoyed by all five senses. When you go down the stairs and enter the shop, you will feel like you have entered a Japanese inn. The private rooms you are given are also spacious, making it a wonderful space where you can relax and enjoy your meal 😊 As the name suggests, this restaurant mainly serves ``shabu-shabu'', but they recently started serving ``sukiyaki'' as well, so I decided to order that this time. [Sukiyaki] Sukiyaki course with carefully selected Japanese beef supervised by Chef Hasegawa ◆Seasonal Surinagashi It was a light and elegant surinagashi with the subtle sweetness of sweet potato. ◆Kiraku's masterpiece Today's dish was grilled roast beef with seasonal vegetables, and pumpkin, turnip, and yacon were used. Each dish was delicious and the quality of the ingredients stood out. ◆Specially selected Japanese beef fillet The steak-like Saga beef fillet came out and I was blown away by how impressive it was. The staff at the shop carefully baked the eggs for me, and when I dipped them in the dragon eggs that were whisked like meringue...it was a truly blissful moment😍 The meat is soft and you can fully enjoy the flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the fat. ◆Assorted seasonal vegetables Contains Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, mizuna, green onions, enoki mushrooms, tofu, and more. ◆Today's special item The Japanese yam somen with Tosa vinegar had a stronger sense of unity than I expected with the junsai, ginger, and caviar, and it was smooth and delicious. ◆Superbly marbled Wagyu beef rib loin/Specially selected Wagyu beef shoulder loin It's a gorgeous combination of Matsusaka beef rib roast and Yamagata beef shoulder loin. The pork loin had a nice texture and was delicious eaten alone or mixed with vegetables. ◆Meals ``Oyster Ankake Inaniwa Udon with Plum Meat'' is a masterpiece with large oysters that have a strong presence and green onions scattered all over the side. At first, I had just the oysters, but the rich, rich flavor spread in my mouth and it was very satisfying to eat 👍 Inaniwa udon is thin and flat. It had just the right amount of firmness and went down well. ◆Seasonal desserts Refreshing with lemon sorbet♪ We had an elegant time enjoying delicious food in a spacious private room 😌

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the finest shabu-shabu including branded wagyu beef. The kelp soup stock that brings out the flavor of the meat, homemade ponzu sauce, and sesame sauce make it delicious. Supervised by Chef Hasegawa of Gourmandies, a restaurant in Tokyo that is extremely difficult to reserve. What I received was the most popular course.
