I had dinner with Mr. Ryu, who was introduced by a friend and can eat Agu pork shabu-shabu in Hachioji! Unlike other pork, Agu pork has less excess fat, less lye, less odor, and is sweeter. The compatibility with the green onions that came with the topping was outstanding! Okinawan dishes such as sea grapes, tebichi, and Jimami tofu on the side menu were all delicious and satisfying! Also, I was reluctant at first because I don't have many opportunities to drink Okinawan liquor (awamori). Awamori mixed with carbonated water and shikuwasa fruit juice recommended by the staff is very easy to drink. I was able to enjoy Okinawan cuisine even more!

The shabu-shabu meat itself is delicious, and the dashi stock is also very delicious. Agu pork loin is the most delicious in the shabu-shabu eating comparison set, so much so that I ordered it additionally. I'm curious about other menus, so I want to visit again.
