Went here on an early Friday evening and was seated without any reservation needed (during Golden Week too, nonetheless). My friend and I shared the 1800¥ AYCE course for the pork belly, and it was well worth it. We could split our pot into 2 broths, one was the sukiyaki which was free, second was a miso kimchi that was about 150¥ more but I loved it. Pork quality was fine, no complaints. Service was quick and ordering was done through an iPad which offered a menu in several different languages. I also enjoyed the sauce bar where you could make your own dipping sauce for the meat, as well as getting vegetables or rice with their own special curry. The food was brought to our table via cat robots, which was pretty cool. Overall great experience and would come here with family next time.

The food quality matches the price. A lot of nice setups you can add to your shabu. The food is delivered by a cute cat robot. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience! Restaurant is on the 9th Floor of a corner building called Shibuya Ekimai. We arrived for an early dinner around 4pm and we only waited for a few minutes. By the end of our meal (5:30pm), the line was crazy! English menu/English ordering on iPad are available and easy. 90 minute limit. Food items came out quickly on musical cat robots. The robot will have your table number displayed and your foods will be on the tray that are lit up in blue. The broths, beef, pork, chicken, rice, noodles, sauces, side items, etc were all tasty. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is authentic!
