This time I ordered the beef tongue shabu-shabu. Add the tongue to the tail soup and it's ready. Of course the tongue was delicious, but the two types of sauces (I think ponzu soup and bonito soup) were also very delicious! There are quite a lot of vegetables, so I think two servings will be enough. (You can add tongue + tail soup for free + sauce for 100 yen) The side menu is rich and fun, and I was very satisfied with the ramen at the end! It can be used by a large number of people, but I also highly recommend it for couples and dates! I will use it again 🙇‍♀️

As you can see in the image, the circular area around it is a special pot for grilling and a shabu-shabu pot in the middle. When the beef tongue starts sweating (when it's slightly cooked), it's time for shabu-shabu! It’s delicious when you wrap vegetables in shabu-shabu beef tongue 🤩 There are ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, and optional special sauces, so you won't get bored until the end. I also received ice cream when I registered on LINE, and I was very satisfied.
