This Shabusen is a hidden gem shabu-shabu/sukiyaki restaurant in Yokohama! It’s perfect for one person or small group lunch as they offer course menu set that includes meat (beef, pork, A5 wagyu, etc), vegetables and free-refill rice/Chinese noodle soup, all priced around 2500-3500yen. Sit on the counter and you’ll get to see how they cut the meat so thinly. Table for big groups also available but maybe reservation is needed.

We liked the counter style shabushabu/sukiyaki! We took the A5 wagyu beef and as expected it’s just delicious. The menu is partly in English and they do have an explanation of how to eat in English too (for first timers)
