When I was having a dinner with a family of four, I ordered from a floor staff member with a Wakaba mark, but the tempura in the set was omitted and the order was brought to me. As I was sharing the tempura with the rest of my family, a woman who appeared to be the floor manager came over and asked if I could get some tempura later. I refused once, but when he said he would bring it to me as soon as possible, I accepted. Then, they not only brought out the missing tempura but also the original soba set. Although I was asked to leave some if I couldn't finish it, I was so impressed that my whole family ate it all! Even though it was very busy on Sunday, I was very satisfied with the prompt response. Thank you to all the staff ^^

The food was well balanced overall. I was worried that it was difficult to understand the order on the tablet screen.
