The omi beef noodles and udon was so nice! For the noodles, you can pour the hot soup to the raw beef. It was very rich in flavour and the beef was top notch! Definitely have to try omi beef when you are in Hikone!

Fortunately, I went on time at 11am, otherwise I would have to queue! The udon is chewy, the beef is juicy and delicious, very soft and smooth, and melts in your mouth. Unfortunately, there are only three pieces... not enough for the throat. Remember, it doesn’t cost money to increase the size of udon, but you should eat it first, because if it increases, it will be a big bowl. Both the mini beef rice dishes are delicious. He didn’t say whether they were Omi beef. When I asked him, he said they were Omi beef, but that’s not the case. Anyway, they are delicious.
