More Comments at Google Mapcontender for the best place I've ever stayed. The building is beautiful, with the veranda and sliding front glass doors making a great space to relax and listen to the waves at the beach. If you're staying here I'd really recommend the meals - every single one was great and the atmosphere felt some relaxed and homely really is an escape. Paddle boarding, hiking and nearby onsens (which you can get a lift too) make this place perfect. Bedrooms are comfortable and calm, beautiful dog and nice toilets/showers. When you want to escape Tokyos city vibes, look no further. Honestly the only problem is whether or not they have vacancies.
It was a guest house where even a single woman could stay comfortably. There are no keys and the toilets are shared. The sliding door is the partition. It may be difficult for those who are interested, but the appeal is that you can relax and talk in the tea room with other people who stayed there that day. The rice is delicious. Close to the sea. The wind feels good. The starry sky is beautiful. The temperature is so different from the city that you can even go without air conditioning even in summer. I will stay again when I want to feel refreshed.
This is a quaint 90-year-old guest house located in an excellent location, 30 seconds from the sea. The houses look like they appear in a movie, and while they have a historical feel to them, they have been renovated throughout and are comfortable to stay in. The owner Haruna's food is exquisite! I had it both in the morning and in the evening. I was happy to be able to taste Katsuura ingredients. It was fun to interact with each other over the meal, and even though I was traveling alone, it was a fulfilling night. It is easily accessible from Tokyo by train and express bus, making it a relaxing place. Thank you Haruna-san for your help until the end...I would definitely like to visit you again. Thank you for this time!
