It was my first time in Kisarazu, and I entered this store because a junior colleague told me there was a store that caught my attention. I ordered a four-piece tuna sashimi assortment, shrimp and seasonal vegetable tempura, and a drink. All of the rare parts of tuna kabuto are delicious, especially the brain-tempered meat, which has more fat and is more delicious than fatty tuna! I felt that. Lastly, we ordered tuna kamayaki and shared it between the two of us. This is also fatty, fluffy and delicious! It was a very satisfying moment.
