For lunch, I ate tempura and yellowtail pressed sushi. The soba noodles were firm and chewy and the quantity was just right, the tempura had a crispy coating, and I personally found the shrimp tempura and pumpkin tempura to be especially delicious❗ I ordered the yellowtail pressed sushi because it was a little unusual, but it had a strong shiso flavor and was refreshing and delicious😊 I would like to go again if I have a chance 👍

I had the Jotendon set for lunch. Both the soba and tempura bowl were delicious! There was a lot of volume, and I left about half of the tempura bowl at the end and used the soup stock that came with it to make tempcha.

I received the Jo Tendon set. The soba noodles had a good texture and the tempura bowl was also crispy. The bowl of soba soup is kept chilled, and you can feel the care taken. The seasoning is generally light, so I think this is a dish where you can enjoy the original taste of the ingredients and the soup stock. It may not be enough for some people. In the case of a set, the amount of soba will be smaller. Still, the rice bowl had a lot of ingredients, so I was full.
