More Comments at Google MapI came here after searching for a meal on the night my wife and I stayed in Katsuta. I actually wanted to try monkfish hotpot, but all the restaurants I liked weren't available, so I chose this restaurant. In the end, I made the right choice. I ordered the duck sukiyaki, which cost 3,300 yen per person for just the hot pot, but I thought it was a little expensive, but since I had the chance, I decided to order it. First of all, I was surprised at the amount of green onions I ate with the duck. At the recommendation of the staff, I drank some soup first. The soy sauce-based kelp soup had a light taste, but the flavor of the kelp was strong. After adding the meatballs to give it a rich flavor, I ate the main dish, the duck sukiyaki, in the hot pot for the number of seconds written on the menu, and it was really delicious. The combination of the flavor of the duck and the texture of the green onions filled my mouth with a sense of happiness. I've eaten many kinds of hotpot, but this was the first time I had a hotpot that brought me so much flavor and happiness. The ramen at the end is also the best. I decided to repeat during my stay in Katsuta!! ️
The inside of the store is beautiful, and the clerk's customer service is also good⭕ There are few seats, so it might be crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. Better to make a reservation. If the seat is a sunken kotatsu, it is a private room. The duck suki had a refreshing soup stock and the duck was delicious. Compatibility of green onions, duck and dashi stock⭕⭕⭕ It wasn't heavy at all. There are various kinds of 〆, and I chose ramen. The dishes other than duck suki were also delicious. I would like to go again😄
The duck hotpot was delicious. It's very simple with green onions and duck, but the soup stock is also great. The fried chicken was the most delicious I've ever eaten, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
