I've traveled a lot and eaten soba in other prefectures, but this is by far my favorite. To be honest, there are many other delicious soba noodles. However, there is no place where the soup is more delicious than here. The soup here has a great balance of sweetness, saltiness, and soup stock. This is the only time I can't control myself and drink all the soup. Of course, this doesn't mean that the soba is bad; don't worry, the soba is even more delicious than usual. And above all, the hostess's response is wonderful, and half of the time I go there just to see her smiling face lol.
