Yaizu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Kagura Yaizu

It was my first time at a soba restaurant, but I thought it was really delicious. After-tempura is really good! ! Fish tempura and vegetable tempura are all great!

It was delicious, I will go again. I ordered tempura, duck soup, and yam. I enjoyed many different items on the menu. The soba noodles were chewy and slippery, and the tempura was crunchy and delicious with salt and tempura sauce. The yam felt like a sticky yam. I didn't like the duck soup. This is my image, but I couldn't feel the elasticity of the duck or the delicious oiliness. It tasted like beef. Next time I would like to order something similar to nabeyaki udon.

I can't drink much, so I was able to enjoy the scent and taste after a long time and it was delicious. The soba noodles are chewy and delicious, just as it is written on the signboard. It was flavorful and delicious. The tempura comes out hot and is crispy and delicious. Even the tail of the shrimp was crispy. The salmon tempura had no bones and was easy to eat. I also ate yam. The viscosity and flavor are completely different from commercially available yam, and it is rich and delicious. Boiled Japanese mustard spinach is on it. It has a crunchy texture inside, and you won't get tired of it. For dessert, I asked for buckwheat shiruko (cold). I don't see many sobagaki at other stores, so I think it's rare. I ate it for the first time as shiruko, but it was very delicious. The portion was just right. The soup powder was grainy and the shape of the beans was kept clean. I have never seen such delicious and beautiful shiruko. Charabuki arrived in a small bowl and I ate it for the first time. It had Japanese pepper in it and had a unique taste. If you eat it between shiruko, you won't get tired of it. There were few clerks in the hall, and I was not noticed at all immediately after entering. However, the service was polite. The atmosphere inside the shop is very stylish. From cold to dessert, it's really delicious, so if I have the chance, I'd like to go eat again😋
