Niiza, Saitama, Japan｜Gatten Sushi

The sushi of course is more expensive than a regular conveyor belt sushi however the quality was superb. It was totally worth it! Every piece was very large and it melted in your mouth! We’re definitely coming here again!

The Niiza store was delicious. I visited on a Saturday evening, and by 6 o'clock it was crowded and there were people waiting. We were seated in box seats lined up around the person making the food, and the staff were friendly and greeted us cheerfully, asking us to ask them anything. My companion said that the broiled engawa was melt-in-the-mouth. The staff cheerfully explained what they had made and placed it on the lane, and it looked really delicious, so I couldn't help but eat the food that was spinning around. Of course, you can also order using the touch panel. It seems that one of the customers had a child's birthday, so they were celebrating. It made me feel warm. Since it's a chain restaurant, I go to other Gatten Sushi restaurants, but I think this one has a better sense of immersion and deliciousness.
