I went to Choshimaru, which I have loved for 20 years, for the first time after it was renovated. Very bright and refreshing! Of course it tastes delicious! I think it's better to hold back a few times and go to Choshimaru instead of going to the supermarket for takeout or to a cheaper restaurant. It's expensive, but it's also very satisfying.
