Delicious. All made to order. Great variety. You order on an iPad and the food comes to you on a sushi train platform. Green tea is free. There's a hot water tap at the table. We loved the tobiko battleship rolls, the crab chawanmushi, and the popping tuna explosion to name a few. The iced matcha was delicious.

Loves the experience overall, best to time your visit to minimize wait time. Came at peak hour around 7-8pm on a Friday, had to wait around an hour and half for a table. But it was worth it as the food was great and price was very reasonable.

Located inside the Yaesu Shopping mall near the Yaesu south exit of Tokyo Station. This is a self served sushi express. From ticketing for seat, menu ordering, food delivery and payment, you can help yourself all through the way. You may also ask for staff services. As usual, the menu is multi-language. The conveying belt which delivers dishes and drinks directly in front of you is so efficient. Dishes pass along the way are so quick. It is no doubt that not anyone are able to temper your food easily. There are varieties of fresh sushi provided and they are not expensive. What supriesed me is Nihonju (Japanese sake). It is the best companion with sushi.
