[Added in November 2023] Since the beginning of this year, I haven't been to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant other than Uobei, and it has become my family's number one favorite restaurant. Although there is no elaborate sushi, it is more of an orthodox type of sushi, but the quality, quantity, preparation, and price are well balanced, and the reason why it is highly rated is that you can eat it with peace of mind. [First visit in January 2023, written] This was my first visit to Uobei, a very popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Even though it was before 4pm on a weekday, I was guided right away without having to wait. The store was clean and bright, and even on my first visit, I was able to do everything intuitively and without hesitation, from the automated reception and ordering using a tablet to self-paying at the checkout. The most important sushi was excellent cost performance and all were delicious. My husband and I ate 30 dishes and the bill was just under 4,000 yen, which is 60% less than the major H sushi we often use and 40% less than S-Ro, so we were almost completely satisfied.
